Everyone is stressed during the Covid-19 coronavirus outbreak, and rightfully so.

Last week I focused on self care and mental health during this pandemic.  This week I have my favorite guest of all time on the show – my husband Oscar, to discuss why moving and staying active during lockdowns are so important.

Oscar is the owner and operator of Control Your Health as well as an instructor at the Wah Lum Temple.

We offer some tips and advice on the best practices for exercising at home.  The WHO recommends physical activity of at least 30 minutes for adults and 60 minutes for kids daily.

Are you getting your movement practice in?  If not, listen on to find out how you can get started.
Thank you!
