Greg Rucka and I are back! I was excited to catch up with him since he has been diligently writing in a bunker for 2 months.

As many of you know it has been a rough week for me. I’ve been speaking out about the rise of anti-Asian hate crimes on the news and at vigils honoring the victims of the mass shooting in Atlanta. It is always comforting to have conversations with Greg since we have podcasted almost weekly since the start of the pandemic. Check out our previous episodes!

It wouldn’t be an episode of The Mimi and Greg Show if we didn’t discuss current events. Greg shares his outrage with mass shootings, hope for the vaccine, and the problems with social media.

Talking to Greg after a couple of months off was comforting and a lot of fun. It’s just what I needed after a rough week.  I was also eager to hear about his writing and what we can expect next.

For those that don’t already know:
Greg Rucka is a New York Times bestselling author of hundreds of comics and nearly two dozen novels. He is also the writer for his Nebula-nominated film The Old Guard starring Charlize Theron
