Oscar Agramonte is both a kung fu Sifu at the Wah Lum Temple and a personal trainer at Control Your Health. He recently began this 8-week fitness challenge with his clients. We discuss nutrition, habit building, strength workouts, and metabolic training.

We also tackle the most common pitfalls and reasons why people fail when trying to start a new fitness or nutrition regiment. 2021 should be a year for your health.     • Hello, Thanks for the comments. Did you listen to the episode? Weight loss is a choice and we absolutely discuss being happy with oneself, but this is for those that have asked about safely losing weight.
