I had an awesome chat with Brendon Rearick of Mike Boyle’s Strength and Conditioning and Movement as Medicine. About the need for fitness, medical, and healthcare industries to work together.  He shares his challenge with aplastic anemia and how he combated past depression.  I was inspired by his determination, strength, and honesty.  As a trainer, Brendon helps clients with their overall wellness but is also redefining health.

We also talk about her struggle with alcoholism and how The Phoenix has helped with her personal recovery.
